Jennifer Britton, Special Advisor with the Public Sector consulting firm Management Partners, has served in six City Manager’s offices in her career including the cities of Shaker Heights, Cleveland and Cincinnati, Ohio as well as in the Bay Area cities of Belmont, Saratoga and Sunnyvale. Steeped in performance measurement, human services management, intergovernmental relations and HR, Jennifer also served in several leadership capacities in professional associations including President of the Municipal Management Assistants of Northern California (MMANC). Adding to her public-sector experience, Jennifer has also spent the last 11 years as a leadership and executive coach and consultant to clients in the private and non-profit sectors including a period serving as Executive Director for a start-up non-profit educational institute in San Francisco where she assisted with early round development in initiatives, curriculum development and strategic planning. Jennifer is a certified, professional coach and has taken advanced-level leadership training coursework from three different entities including the Coaches Training Institute, the Conscious Leadership training program and Google’s Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) program. On the lighter side, Jennifer has two children in their early twenties and spends time volunteering in spiritual communities, schools and is in the process of writing her first non-fiction book. |
